We're joined by Erin Hensley as we discuss what separates true neighborhood bars from bars that just happen to be in a neighborhood. Cocktail Discussed:

1 oz. Misadventure & Co. Vodka
3/4 oz. Jewell Barrel Rested Gin
1/2 oz. Hinterhaus Bierschnaps
3/4 oz. lemon juice
2 drops orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake until well chilled or until frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a coupe glass, and serve with a lemon twist.
