We're back with the wonderful Diana Delgado Cornejo to finish our discussion of the Coors Boycott! Having set up exactly who the Coors family are, now we dig into how the boycott went down, and why it was so necessary! Join us as we unravel the tangled dealing of the Coors family and explore one of the longest running boycotts in history!
Drink Discussed:
Castro Camera
1 1/2 oz. Tom of Finland Vodka
1/2 oz. St. George Raspberry Brandy
1/2 oz. Ventura Spirits Limoncello
3/4 oz. lemon juice
4-5 oz. Brooklyn Brewery Stonewall Inn Session IPA
Combine all ingredients save the beer in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake for 15 - 20 seconds. Strain into a highball or footed pilsner glass over fresh ice. Top with the IPA, and garnish with a lemon slice.
