Tommy started Grandaddy Mimm's Disilling Co. with his daughter after stumbling on his grandfather's moonshine recipe. His Grandaddy Jack "Mimm's" McClure was a legendary bootlegger who was famous for lots of stuff you don't want to get caught doing.

Now the moonshine business has stepped into whiskey + vodka and winning awards and recognition quickly.

With a big year planned in 2024 including a national television show, a second distillery location, and potential new liquor releases we want to partner with some podcasts to share the story of Mimm's that continues to grow.
