Recipes Discussed:
Hasekura
1 oz. Etsu Gin
1 oz. Oka Kura Burmutto
1 oz. Gran Classico bitter liqueur
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over one large cube of fresh ice. Express an orange peel over the surface of the drink, and drop the peel in to garnish.
Monte Rosa
1 oz. You & Yours Provisional Sunday Gin
1 oz. Vya extra dry vermouth
1/4 oz. Suze
3/4 oz. Cremé de Violette
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over one large cube of fresh ice. Express an orange peel over the surface of the drink, and drop the peel in to garnish.
Negroni Ingarbugliato
1 oz. Sipsmith Sloe Gin
1 oz. Kina L'Aero D'Or
1 oz. Mirto Verde
