The Jewish-German Friendship Alliance
1 oz. The Burning Chair Bourbon
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. Schladerer Kirschwasser
4 oz. Brewery X Festbier Ja!
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shaking tin with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a pilsner glass over fresh ice, and top with the Festbier. Garnish with a long strip of lemon peel, and serve.
The Syndicate
2 oz. Belle Meade Sour Mash Straight Bourbon
3/4 oz. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
1/4 oz. Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
1 barspoon Maraska Maraschino liqueur
Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, garnish with a brandied cherry, and serve.
