In this first part, we discuss one of the oldest traditions of rice whiskey, and how exactly it came to be. Join us as we talk about shochu, fake scotch, Margaret Thatcher, and real rice whiskey!

Kunitsukami
1 1/2 oz. Ohishi Sherry Cask Whisky
1/2 oz. Masahiro Okinawa Gin
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Manly Spirits Zesty Limoncello
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake until well chilled - about 13-15 seconds, or untile ice forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
