Lochindaal
1 oz. Laphroaig Select Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1/2 oz. Pergoté Amaro D'erbe
7 dashes angostura orange bitters
7 dashes Portland Bitters Project Aromatic bitters
4-5 oz. Jacqueline Leonne Méthode Champenoise Rosé
Based on the Seelbach cocktail, as printed in Spirited by Adrienne Stillman
Combine the first four ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well chilled Strain into a coupe, and top with the sparkling rosé. Express a lemon peel over the surface, drop it in the drink, and serve.
Left Hand Path
1 1/2 oz. Freeland Spirits Bourbon
3/4 oz. Tempus Fugit Gran Classico
3/4 oz. Vermut Pedro I
1/4 oz. Goleta Red Cacao Flavored Rum
Based on the Left Hand, as printed in Spirited by Adrienne Stillman
Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir until well chilled, and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a brandied cherry, and serve.
